Who do I choose

How do I know which therapist to choose?
When choosing a therapist you may want to consider their qualifications and experience, so that you are confident they will have the skills to help you with your problems.  It’s also important to feel respected and comfortable when sharing problems with someone you don’t know. 

For this reason, we offer an initial meeting in which you can find out whether you feel able to talk about your problems with one of our therapist.  This is also a time in which you can discuss the issues you would like to address and seek clarification on what might be involved.
