Psychology.Background: Anji works as a CBT Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor within the NHS and is involved in the training of CBT Therapists. Anji also works as an Associate Lecturer on the Post Graduate Diploma (CBT IAPT) Course at the University of Derby. Anji has gained experience as a CBT Therapist in both the voluntary and employee assistance sectors. In addition, she has worked with the Civil Service providing services in mentoring, mediation and training in the following areas: diversity, leadership, attendance management, handling difficult interviews, resilience.
